Quality Policy

MAPSA Company is a leading company in the field of industrial projects management.

We have selected the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system in order to step towards the organizational excellence model (EFQM) by taking advantage of our experts and experienced staff and declare our quality objectives as follows:

· Customer-oriented approach: in order to satisfy the customers & stakeholders needs.

· Continuous improvement by amplifying & promotion of the Company's processes, and systems & IT (information technology)-based productivity & creativity enhancement.

· Human resources development outlook: in order to motivate the personnel to develop their qualifications and capabilities and extensive joint cooperation for processes optimization, increasing their efficiency and creating the appropriate environment for their active synergy.

· Advancement of capabilities & managerial knowledge by utilizing standards and the state-of-the-art methods of project management for executing projects.

· Special attention to HSE standards.

To effectively move in this direction, the company’s managers established quality objectives & measure them as a basis for the quality management system efficiency.
