4. Design of the integrated systems for contracts administration, and deciding on claims, disputes and arbitration.

5. Project time management comprising design, definition and control of the different activities of projects.

6. Project risks identification, the qualitative & quantitative analysis of risks, providing risk management methodology.

7. Financial resources management, budgeting, cost estimating and the expenses control,

8. Project quality assurance system establishment and ensuring of its execution.

9. Design & engineering documents control and procurement-related engineering services.

10. Projects purchase orders control, managing the sub-suppliers, sub- contractors.

11. Design & execution of the project communication management system and relationship establishment between the stakeholders and project team.

12. Project activities documentation from initiation to completion.

13. Necessary training planning in the different backgrounds for the scientific & experimental adequacy of the project team and projects optimal execution.

14. Providing the execution plans for observing all health & safety & environmental aspects
