Pump Division

The pump division in Abdal Industrial Project Management, MAPSA, is established for the purpose of attaining the fundamental basis on Design and Manufacturing of All Types of Centrifugal Pumps. Divisionُ s main focus is on process pumps, which is widely used in oil and gas industries, licensed by SIGMA Company.

Process Pumps are designed in accordance with API 610. Manufacturing of these kinds of pumps due to its wide application in the petrochemical industries is a step toward self-sufficing.

Activities:

Reverse Engineering of pumps

Reverse Engineering, manufacture and commissioning of 1 set pump and 2 Set Spare parts for pumping Sulfuric acid acc to API610 For Tehran Oil Refinery.

Designing, Manufacturing and Commissioning new types of Process pumps in Iran.

• Design, manufacture and commissioning of 3 set High Pressure pumps for pumping Sea Water acc to

API610 for Flat Ghareh ( Soroush Platform ) .

Material : Super Duplex Stainless Steel ( Zeron 100 )

• Design and manufacture and commissioning of 3 set Boiler feed water pumps for Spec

Manufacturing and supply of 3 Centrifugal Horizontal Pumps acc to API610 for Abadan Oil Refinery.

• Design and manufacture and commissioning of 2 set High Pressure Amin pumps for pumping DEA

28.5% acc to API610 For Razi Petrochemical

Material Class : S8 (On base of chrome-nickel-molybdenum steel)

• Design and manufacture and commissioning of 2 set Centrifugal pumps for pumping Sulfuric acid acc to

API610 . For Abadan Oil Refinery

Material Class : S8 (On base of chrome-nickel-molybdenum steel)

• Design and manufacture and commissioning of 2 set Centrifugal pumps for pumping Water & H2S acc

to API610 . For Hashemi Nejad Gas Refinery

Material Class : D1 (Acc to API610)

• Design and manufacture and commissioning of 26 set Centrifugal pumps acc to API610 For SPEC.

• Design Engineering and manufacture and commissioning of 1 set pump for pumping Produced Water acc

to API610 For Arak Petrochemical.

Material Class : S1 (Acc to API610)

• Design of one Process Pump (150-50-2) For Tehran refinery.
