Contract Management Department (MC)
Contract Management Departments are responsible for managing the entire life cycle of complex contracts, from their creation to their closure, through the coordination of the resources and processes necessary for the control of financial and legal risks. The Contract Manager’s expertise proves to be a real asset in the quest for sustainability and growth of companies. With this in mind and in view of the scope of the projects, the Contract Manager must use specialized automated tools to fully optimize the processes related to the contract life cycle.
Contract management sometimes referred to as contract administration, refers to the processes and procedures that companies may implement in order to manage the negotiation, execution, performance, modification, and termination of contracts with various parties including customers, vendors, distributors, contractors, and employees.
All contracts are predicated on the need to obtain management commitment and approval at the appropriate level. This involves the formulation of a sound business case aligned with the organization’s corporate and functional strategies.
MC Department scope of work is as follows:
- MC in all steps such as designing, purchasing, equipment supplying, manufacturing, setting up and commissioning.
- Rendering the special services in Procurement, Expediting, and Inspection
- Rendering the infrastructure Projects MC.
- Rendering the MC services in technical support, engineering and technical human resource in projects.
