About us

One of the first established departments in MAPSA Co. is Managing Contractor (MC) department. This department is known as Fourth Dimension and controlling the contractor’s work progress and guide them as Client representative. To perform this, the following objects has chosen to be Department Aims:

– To compile and execute MC system according to MC and Project Methodology

– Information Technology section establishing and strengthen it

–  Making MC and project software possibility –  Making strategic connection with clients.

By this style, in addition to human faults reduction, the projects concretion is guaranteed and on line, observing the projects to make reports for any purpose will be possible. In addition, reduction of projects delays by performing the activities according to time, financial and economic conditions will be possible.

This department by performing the mentioned items and also Projects Management Standard such as PMBOK  and recognizing all of projects and organizations process, and by creating active and knowledge based management, IT access and professional human resource was  able to absorb the clients trust and finish various projects.    

MC field of activity in the past years was included a vast domain of oil and energy industries such as Expediting and Procurement, Inspection and observation of refinery, dam’s hydro mechani cal and electrical equipment, CNG stations equipment, design and observation on CNG station manufacturing and lots of other projects. In addition, MAPSA MC Department by using projects control knowledge makes projects observation easy to all clients and administration cast.

MC Department scope of work is as follows:

–  Project’s MC in all steps such as designing, purchasing, equipment supplying, manufacturing, setting up and commissioning. –  Rendering the special services in Procurement, Expediting and Inspection

–  Rendering the infrastructure Projects MC.

–  Rendering the MC services in technical support, engineering and technical human resource in projects.

MC Department Mission

To assure the mega projects clients by professional project’s expediting in all project’s life circle. MAPSA is able to manage the key beneficiaries, assists the clients from Project starting to end. The success secret of a project is exact definition and its domain management. MAPSA MC Department by definition and explanation of necessary actions, performances and productions makes clients assure that all necessary items to completing the project successfully are predicted.

Also, by investigation and definition of all necessary process to complete the project on time with attention to the nature of activities, sources and having management knowledge tries to put the end to the projects without delay. In addition to the said matters one of the important role of MC department in the projects is to client’s assurance that there is an appropriate coordination between all project’s elements and making the goals parallel to achieve the expected goal.

It must be cleared that what kind of sources must be applied in the appropriate time. It needs to exact study and determine the relationships and source contradictions and then may cause to revise the project’s time table. For this reason, MAPSA MC Department by studying different process of the project, estimating expenditures, budget supplying, make sources available and analyzing them helps the clients to be assure that the project will be completed by the determined sources.

Management Contractor Group

Management Contractor Group (the fourth party or representative of the client) with the support of high experience in industrial projects and several Mega Projects have proven its capabilities in the field of MC services in the industry. This Group utilizes high qualified and experienced personnel to provide MC services in petrochemical, Gas and Oil and Construction Projects, with an emphasis on knowledge and project management system and development of software infrastructure. Development of MC services in the upstream industry is also considered.
