:Summary of the project
The acidizing process of oil and gas wells is carried out to address potential damages caused by various factors, resulting in improved production. Prior to the operational acidizing process, it is necessary to simulate and optimize the acidizing operations through design. Acid Pro acidizing software is used for modeling and designing well acidizing operations. This software is capable of predicting the acidizing process outcome based on valid solution algorithms and input data, including well, reservoir, and acidizing fluid information. The software is applicable to both carbonate and sandstone reservoirs. Furthermore, it can simulate the acidizing process at the reservoir scale, taking into account the distribution of rock properties (porosity, permeability, etc.) for identifying wormhole distribution, optimal acidizing rate, and design, as well as validating laboratory test results
